GRAFHUBE - an old, renovated, rustically furnished farmhouse - located at 800 m above sea level, 1 km from the Birkenhof.

Consisting of 6 apartments for 2 to 8 people (1xTyp1, 4xType 2, 1xType 3).

A large terrace with a fantastic view is available to all guests.

In summer, the infrastructure of the Birkenhof can be used free of charge.

Outside the summer season (mid-October to beginning of May), larger groups have the option of renting the whole house (self-catering).

Type B (4 persons):

Bedroom, living room with built-in kitchen, shower / WC. Size 40-45 square meters

Type C (4-8 persons):

2 living / sleeping rooms for 4 persons each with 2 showers / WC (on the 2nd floor, attic rooms),

Kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. Size about 97 square meters
